Please come to our spring event
On Sunday, May 4, at 1:00, the Mt. Healthy Historical Society and the Mt. Healthy Urban Tree Commission will jointly sponsor a spring event. The Historical Society will be dedicating a tree planted last fall by the Tree Commission, in honor of the Society's founders, and the museum will be open for visitors. The Tree Commission will be commemorating Arbor Day with an educational display on trees, and the mayor will award Notable Tree certificates to several MH residents. And there will be refreshments! Please join us.

Where We Are
The Mt. Healthy Historical Society maintains two buildings: our museum building, which was Mt. Healthy's original Free Meeting House, built in 1825, and a tollhouse, built in 1859. They are located to the south of the city park, at 1546 and 1544 McMakin Avenue, Mt. Healthy. Our buildings are open for visitors every Saturday 9 - 11 a.m., and the first Sunday of each month 1 - 3 p.m.
